Onsite support
• Managing registrations/RSVP’s for event
• Walk throughs of event sites
• Arrangement of rehearsal and rehearsal supervision
• Onsite event setup, coordination and supervision (additional coordinators provided if necessary)
• Assistance to event photographer with suggestions on photo opportunities
• Distribution of vendor payments and/or collection of sponsorship/partner funds

Marketing and Public Relations Efforts for events
• Collateral design and production including: invitations, programs, signage, name badges, and post event evaluation forms
